- Basic information about their Identity Provider (IdP) account if they login with OpenID Connect (OIDC) which may include account IDs, linked email addresses, and display names.

When processing payments, we collect and process the following information, which is securely tokenized through our payment processor, Stripe:

- Payment Card Information (processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment details)
- Bank Account Information (processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment details)

We indefinitely store all communications that occur within the WorkApp for record-keeping purposes related to your projects, tickets, and billing history. This includes:
- Messages exchanged between you and Dom Kirby Creative, LLC staff.
- Project and ticket comments and updates.

- To Provide and Maintain the Services: To manage your projects, fulfill web design, hosting, and management obligations, and manage your account in the App.

- Record Keeping: To indefinitely store a complete record of our professional engagement, communications, and service history.
